Established in 1999 by Jane Hudson and Simon Medley
Renowned for our high standards of quality food and service, the business has grown from strength to strength. Having initially gained a reputation for providing the very best in location catering for the T.V and Film industry, we now offer a greater range of services to include the corporate and private sectors of the market as well.
Prior to this year we operated from one purpose - built mobile kitchen with support vehicles. From this operation we have successfully catered for a number of television and film productions in the U.K, with catering numbers ranging from 50 to 350 people per day and contracts running from 2 weeks to 6 months
Some years ago we became increasingly frustrated by our own limitations. We were turning more and more work away or passing it on to other companies because our one and only kitchen was already in use.
After much thought and careful planning we began the construction of a commercial kitchen which is now in operation. It is from here that most of the food is prepared for delivery, either to mobile kitchens on location or direct to the customer. We have improved our resources to continue with T.V. and Film work as well as other catering events without compromising our ‘raison d’être’:

It is potentially quite difficult to please everyone at the same time when it comes to food. We always try to provide as much variety as possible in order to achieve this and are happy to welcome new ideas or requests.
In recent years we have catered for an increasing number of people with food allergies or intolerance of some form or other. We have risen to this challenge and established a good reputation for adapting most recipes to include these people and anyone who is on an exclusion diet of any kind.
